Intermediate School will be participating in a "Career Dress Up Day" on October 31st. Students will not be allowed to wear Halloween costumes. In order for your child to be able to participate he/she must choose a career/profession, not a person, to research. Your child will need to find out what educational/training requirements are necessary for that career, job descriptions, describe the workplace and why they are interested in chosen profession. Students can create a poster of their findings or write an essay, it must be turned in by October 20th to their Reading teacher. Students who have met all requirements will receive a blue bracelet. The bracelet serves as a pass to dress up as the career/profession they have chosen to research. The students that have earned a bracelet will be allowed to dress up on Friday, October 31st. If you have any questions please feel free to call 432-336-4141.
